Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work aims to analyze the main determinants of organic food consumption, with particular reference to the Emilia Romagna region. After an initial part that analyzes in general the characteristics of the market and the consumer profile of organic products, the results of a field survey are presented (consumer attitude, reasons for purchase, role of information)
