Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the judgment under discussion the Court of Justice excludes the existence of a right of the competitors to know, even before the formulation of the offers, the methods by which the scores indicated for the various evaluation criteria in the lex specialis will be concretely assigned: therefore there is no a general obligation for the administrations to make explicit these modalities in the announcement or in the other 'initial' documents of the tender procedures.
Translated title of the contribution | [Autom. eng. transl.] Is the competitor in a public tender entitled to know in advance how his offer will be assessed? |
