Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Thirty years after the publication of the Codex and 50 years after Vatican Council II, if the attempts to delegitimize canon law root seem abandoned, a dangerous "crisis of living according to the law" is spreading, of which superficiality is spy in facing the marriage choice. The most urgent remedy lies in a supplementary dialogue between pastoral and law, which leads to a balanced collaboration, without the law being reduced to a mere juridical technique and the pastoral care ceasing to use the law.
