Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay examines on a documentary basis the birth and the first development of the observant Augustinian community established in Gravedona on Lake Como specifying the events of the factory and the first decorative interventions in the church and convent, with particular reference to the fresco with the Augustinian Supper, attributed to Bartolomeo De Benzi and other fragments in the adjacent rooms.
