Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The chapter explores the strengths and criticalities of the implementation procedures of the targeted placement in Lombardy through the sociological analysis conducted through a study carried out by a team of researchers from the Catholic University funded by Assolombarda, with the aim of evaluating the application of L. 68/99 on the territories in which the employer association operates. The research, starting from the analysis of innovation, both cultural and political, introduced by Law 68/99, highlights some recurring critical issues in its application and some potential areas of intervention for its improvement. Among the latter, the relationship with the territory and the collaboration with the network of the subjects involved appear strategic, through the mediation of professionals and new dedicated figures. In this regard, it is suggested to invest in figures who can be identified as facilitators of the construction and maintenance of the network, such as the figure of diversity / disability manager who can represent a key subject, as well as in relations with the outside world, also in supporting and accompany organizations in the integration of people with disabilities
