[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes against the light the sources of the Brescia humanist historian Giacomo Malvezzi, in particular the Historia Langobardorum by Paolo Diacono in a typical augmented form known as the Monza gloss and circulating from the fourteenth century in the Visconti library up to the first Parisian printing of 1514, which also influenced Jean Mabillon himself.
