Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] From the first experiences of the second half of the 1980s, there are now several hundred companies in Italy that have formulated and implemented marketing strategies while providing a contribution, economic and otherwise, to a social cause. The volume provides both a theoretical framework and an operational step-by-step approach to a team that is committed to implementing a CRM campaign.
