Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution traces an action-research process carried out in collaboration with an Association of Young Industrialists from Northern Italy who formulated a research question to identify and enhance the implicit knowledge that supports the successful transition processes in local business realities. Starting from this question, a research-intervention path was launched that actively involved the customers, focusing on an implicit level of demand, linked to the possibility of rethinking the relationship between the Association and local companies.
