Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In this paper we present a survey on the change in the skills required for professions in five large European countries in the period 2019-2021. The work is conducted on data from job advertisements produced by the WIH-OJA platform of Eurostat and Cedefop, using both raw data in natural language and data classified according to ESCO standards. The job advertisement text is used to generate a specific language model for the labor market context and tested on the skills classification task. The model makes it possible to measure the similarity of the new skills observed in 2021 and the existing skills in 2019.
