Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In a society where the boundaries between work, family and leisure, private and public are increasingly liquid and contaminable, it is necessary to move towards a methodology that takes into account the multi-faceted and heterogeneous aspects that contribute to the definition of well-being in the workplace. In this context, it is necessary to look beyond the internal dynamics of companies, turning their gaze towards a 'relational' approach that takes into account the social ties in which each person is inserted, above all the family one. The organization will be able to promote a real well-being only if it manages to grasp and support the multidimensionality of the relationships between the person and the company, the family and the whole society.
