Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The theme of deafness in adolescence characterizes development and needs to be integrated
in the representation of the self. The goal of this research is to explore the trajectories
developmental analysis of deaf children to understand how deafness affects developmental processes
adolescents. 10 interviews were administered that explore the main nodes of theirs
life stories, focusing on areas such as self-image, future projects, the perception of prejudice and the narration of one's own story. The results bring out different typological profiles that describe different ways of thinking about oneself, positioning oneself with respect to the prejudice on disability, narrating one's experiences and building life projects.
