Abstract

Starting from a philosophical-legal point of view the contribution addresses any critical points concerning Alasdair MacIntyre's work "Marxism and Christianity". In particular the chapter focuses on the philosophical role assigned by MacIntyre to the conceptual pair identity-story and its reflexes about the concept of law as well as the political-institutional dimension.
