I vitalizi dei parlamentari al vaglio della Costituzione

[Autom. eng. transl.] The cut of the annuities of the parliamentarians who have ceased and during the electoral mandate do not coincide with the so-called parliamentary allowances, constitutionally covered, but receive constitutional coverage as equal social rights and such that the decided cut of their amounts being used must be subjected to constitutional scrutiny according to the criteria in use for fundamental social rights, including the right to treatment pension, also in light of the jurisprudence of the ECHR, as well as of the Italian Constitutional Court, after checking the respect of the parliamentary self-declaration which the Chambers enjoy in the Italian legal system.
