Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work examines the regulation of procurement in social services, taking into account the Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the Third Sector Code. The relevant legislation is constructed taking into account the jurisprudence of the EU Court of Justice and the internal one. Particular attention is given to the profiles of the relationship between free services and competitive conditions.
