Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Review of PDO / PGI products in Lombardy divided into three groups: cheeses, processed meats and other products (fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and honey). For each product the main distinctive characteristics and the areas concerned are shown, as indicated in the respective production specifications. Based on the data provided by the Certification Bodies (CBs), Istat and, in some cases, by the Consorzi di Tutela themselves, some information on the structural characteristics of the individual DOP / IGP supply chains is presented for the three-year period 2013-2015. .
