I processi di giuridificazione: soggetti, tecniche, limiti

[Autom. eng. transl.] Investigation of the changes and developments of law in a series of sectors in the light of the relationship with scientific progress, with the economy, with the supranational dimension and private autonomy, in order to verify to what extent the space occupied by the legal rules is changed from 1865 to the present and which sectors have entered or left (and for what reasons) the sphere of legal relevance. A research grid has been indicated for the study of the single sectors aimed at identifying the lines and paths of the phenomenon of juridification, examining, on the one hand, to what extent the law has gone so far as to occupy areas reserved for private autonomy and , on the other hand, the role of judges as actors of juridification.
