Abstract
Firstly, the Author highlights the critical aspects of the three Joint Division Supreme Court rulings in 2022, regarding the technical expertise evidence. Therefore, the Author investigates the subsequent rulings of the First and Third Division and underlines the relevant uncertainties related to the full application of those principles stated by the Joint Division.
