Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] To manage the presence of migrants in their own territory in an organic way, some European States have equipped themselves with integration Plans, or a coherent set of principles and objectives to guide the processes of inclusion of migrants in European societies. This contribution intends to offer an overview of the European countries that have chosen to adopt (or not adopt) these plans. The chapter concludes with an in-depth study of integration policies in the Italian context.
