Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution first of all analyzes the application in the Peninsula of the Napoleonic legislation relating to the forced expropriation of real estate, and its pernicious effects, and then the different discipline adopted in the various pre-unification states. Among these we note the special sensitivity revealed by the Papal State, specifically with the Regulation of Gregory XVI of 1834.
