Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay reconstructs the juridical regime of the ecclesiastical museums in the Italian legal system also offering a detailed reconstruction of the canonical legislation referring to it. Through the analysis of the particular case of the Church of Orsanmichele in Florence it deals with the theme of the relations between civil and ecclesiastical institutions in the context of collaboration for the protection of cultural heritage of religious interest.
