Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author carries out an extensive examination of the jurisprudence regarding unconventional trademarks by analyzing them
the different cases and the impediments that often lead to not considering them valid. In particular,
starting from the shape mark, it will be seen that the impediments that apply to this type of mark are extended
also to several other categories of brands.
