Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The "Gruppo di Parola" is a group intervention for children of separated parents active in Italy since 2005. It is a short, preventive and supportive path aimed at school-age children (6-12 years) and adolescents ( 13-17 years old). This contribution aims to investigate the theoretical foundations of the intervention within a focused ethnographic perspective. The study involved 12 operators who had finished their training at least two years before the research. The latter were interviewed and a content analysis was conducted on the verbatim transcripts. In particular, a qualitative analysis of content (QRS*NVivo) was conducted and subsequently a thematic analysis of elementary contexts (T-Lab) within a multi-methodological perspective. The analyzes showed the presence of four thematic clusters, which illustrate how the intervention is based both on theoretical elements (the theoretical and conceptual references), and on practical elements (the type of management, the value of the group, the particular use of the participants' words) within an integrated perspective.
