Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume, the result of meticulous archival research, reconstructs the origin and contents of the 'Laws of exception for commercial affairs', the first Commercial Code of the Italian Restoration. The occasion turned out to be propitious for the correct focus of a legal expert such as Felice Parrilli, protagonist of the events in question, and also for a complete reflection on the complex processes of appropriation (and rethinking) of the Napoleonic model by of Neapolitan legal science.
