Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This work aims to offer a reading of the main innovations introduced by the new Code of public contracts (legislative decree April 18, 2016, n. 50), not from a general point of view, but with reference to the peculiarities of the water sector . To this end, it will be necessary - first of all - to provide a demonstration of the close links that exist between the critical aspects of the sector, the related needs and the (consequent) Program of Interventions (PDI), ie the fundamental document to channel the subsequent market demand ( of works, services and supplies) by the managing subjects in relation to the so-called "subcontractors" in the form of public procedures. In carrying out the study, particular attention will also be paid to the central theme of innovation, which is the object of the most recent regulatory strategies pursued by the AEEGSI, which seems to intercept one of the main "souls" that are reflected in the reading of the new system designed by the Contract Code recently adopted public In this regard, we will proceed with a verification of the institutes contained in the new regulations on public contracts to verify the possible positive synergies that will be able to - for the specific area analyzed (ie, that of SII) - to contribute to the relaunch of the sector as well as to the resolution of the serious problems that (now) have been afflicting him for too many years.
