I criteri della generazione umana come problema etico e biogiuridico

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work reflects on the inevitable emergence, after extracorporeal human fertilization has become practicable, of the need to reflect - also from the juridical-penal point of view - on the criteria that must preside over human generation, criteria which come in this sense to outline a real new legal asset. Among others, we consider the themes of cloning, ectogenesis, heterologous fertilization and, in general, questions concerning, from the point of view under consideration, to medically assisted procreation.
