[Autom. eng. transl.] The article deals with the issue of the applicability of Legislative Decree n. 231 of 2001 to law firms, starting from the political-criminal issue of criminal offenses committed by lawyers operating in organized structures. The research then analyzes the genetic factors of deviant behavior in law firms, taking advantage of the conceptual tools of corporate crimes criminology, and questions the appropriateness of extending a punitive model that also involves the organization in preventing the crime to law firms.
