Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the possible techniques used by the legal system for the adaptation of duration contracts (and in particular of commercial lease contracts) to deal with contingencies linked to the Covid-19 pandemic. Having ruled out the possibility of a modification of the contract by the judge in application of the techniques of integration of the contract through good faith, it is concluded for the possibility of a redetermination of the service to be borne by the tenant through the rules on the supervening impossibility of the performance of the lessor.
