Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay presents the experience of the Centers for families of Emilia Romagna and the regional law that establishes them. Through this network of innovative services, Emilia Romagna starts a municipal and corporate welfare experimentation, which solicits and finalizes active citizenship towards the development of more solidarity communities.
