Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution traces the universal and particular canonical legislation of the Italian Church on the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage of religious interest, critically highlighting its asystematic nature and identifying as a methodological working perspective the one that leverages the economic-patrimonial approach. the management and use of ecclesiastical cultural assets also in the relationship between the canonical and civil systems.
