Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After illustrating the biography of some of the most famous hackers, the author introduces the difference between hackers and crackers, mentions the hacker culture as it has developed in recent decades, lists some ways of attacking computer systems. The author then analyzes the phenomenon of piracy and comments on the main provisions for the protection of copyright.
