Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The aim of this contribution is to present the figure of Abdulrazak Gurnah, Nobel Prize for Literature in 2021. Starting from one of his most important novels, By the Sea of 2001, the article traces the significant stages of the author's biography and illustrates the main themes of his novels, a lively expression of the migratory movements of our time.
