Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The profound environmental, economic, social and cultural changes taking place today call for the need to strengthen the training system to make the much desired green and digital transitions also socially fair and just. To be such, they will have to put themselves at the service of future generations and, at the same time, involve all young people as agents of renewal in the fragility of socio-economic systems. In this perspective of engagement of the new generations, educational and training institutions, especially universities, have the responsibility to relate to the issues and opportunities of the ecological and digital transition, promoting the development of those skills considered necessary to manage new challenges and govern change such as GreenComp, DigComp and LifeComp.
