Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Pedagogy can provide a valuable reflective contribution in the complex framework of orientation and professions. This also in reference to the entry into force of the new reform law n.107 / 2015 which, from paragraph 33 to paragraph 44, introduces the obligation of alternating school work for all students in the last three-year second-level secondary schools with the aim of guiding and supporting a conscious entry into the workplace. In Italy, the difficulty in achieving appreciable standards of education is very evident, youth unemployment rates remain high, early school leaving continues to be a worrying phenomenon. In this regard, the European Union has set some objectives on the education levels of the population that in our country have not yet been achieved. In this scenario the reform law on school-work alternation is placed as an innovative path that can provide young people with a broad picture of the meaning of work and help prepare for their inclusion in the current employment market. Without any pretense of completeness, the contribution is divided into three parts. The first is dedicated to introducing some references regarding intergenerational responsibility, the person and the company, emblematic questions on the subject of the essay. The second part proposes a design experience dedicated to the school-work alternation that moves from the intention to support the changes in the scholastic paradigm required by the higher institutes, setting up a model of school-work-university alternation that really accompanies the student towards his cultural maturity and professional and personal orientation. The third focuses on green jobs outlining their relevance in light of the most recent trends in the employment market.
