Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] To govern knowledge means to have the power to shape the society of the future and, above all, the power to form its elites by virtue of a notion of merit that changes from period to period. Who governs knowledge today? And who are, today, the 'capable' and 'deserving' that art. 34 of the Constitution spoke to us about in 1948, that is, in the initial phase of the welfare state?
