[Autom. eng. transl.] The chapter traces the contribution of the narrative approach in organizational studies, illustrating its reflective, transformative and generative value of changes for the individual, work and organization. The application of the narrative approach in its reflective and practical values is placed in the health context of a hospital, and in particular in the profession of coordinator of the health professions. The chapter addresses the position of middle management and leadership functions in contexts challenged by continuous emergencies and urgencies, where opening narrative spaces allows access to deeper dimensions of knowledge and learning.
