Abstract

The article analyses Giorgio Pastori’s papers on the administrative procedure published after the adoption of Law no. 241/1990. In particular, the paper shows how, according to Giorgio Pastori, the administrative procedure law has been the main turning point in the implementation of the constitutional principles related to the public administration. Moreover, said law has deeply influenced the Italian legal and administrative culture.
