Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In this chapter we examine the trend of trade with the food industry abroad of Emilia-Romagna and Italy. The database used is from Istat in the Ateco classification. The following topics are dealt with, as is now customary, the contribution of the Emilia-Romagna region to the country's exchanges (paragraph 8.1.), The structure of the exchanges for the main product aggregates (paragraph 8.2.), The flows with the most important partner countries for the import / export of agri-food products (paragraph 8.3.) and the contribution of individual provinces to foreign trade in the region (paragraph 8.4).
