Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In this chapter we examine the trend of trade with the food industry abroad of Emilia-Romagna and Italy. The database used is from Istat in the SH6 classification. The following topics are dealt with, as is now customary, the contribution of the Emilia-Romagna region to the exchanges of the country (paragraph 8.1.), The structure of the exchanges for the main product aggregates (paragraph 8.2.) And the flows with the most important countries for the import / export of agro-food products (paragraph 8.3.).
