Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] THERE. examines the structure, documentation and regime of criminal proceedings from an institutional perspective. Having illustrated the typology of the acts of the party and of the judge, the discipline of procedural deadlines and notifications is given. In closing, the system of codified and non-codified criminal procedural invalidity is illustrated.
