Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Dairy farming in 2015 saw the end of an important period in its history with the termination of the quota system, in force since 1984. The stables now have the possibility to restructure themselves without constraints but this does not seem to have been, at least in the immediate future, aid to the sector which, even in 2015, saw the number of garments drop significantly, but significantly the number of companies registered in the National Database. The overlap of more negative factors both internationally (the Russian embargo and the crisis of the Chinese economy) and the national one (the drop in consumption and the heaviness of the Grana market), put the set in serious difficulty national supplier seriously discouraging producers.
