Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

[Autom. eng. transl.] Italian cattle farming seems to have started a regression phase with no return, crushed by the increase in production costs that show no signs of reversing the trend. Not even the tension concerning the supply of fattening animals, completely in the hands of French broutad holders, is loosened, which represents the greatest conditioning for the main sector of the sector. However, in particular, the latest available statistics show us a growing animal husbandry in some areas such as Piedmont and some southern regions, while the greater suffering seems to be relegated to those areas where breeding depends more on the supply of fattening animals coming from from abroad.
