Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This chapter aims to identify the main trends in dairy purchases at large retail chains throughout Italy, reaching a detail by product type, Nielsen area and distribution format. Overall, there was a net increase in purchases from discount stores. A small part of the chapter is devoted to biologics, which are on the rise.
