Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The "National guidelines for social services, organizations offering assistance to victims and restorative justice centers" have been developed as part of the "Victims and Corporations. The chapter is dedicated to the application of restorative justice programs in the case of business crimes, in compliance with the guarantees indicated by Directive 2012/29 / EU.
