Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution starts from the conception of punishment, guilt and bliss in Dante's Comedy, to develop a modern reflection of these concepts, examining the different perspectives conveyed, on the subject, by the retributionist conceptions of punishment and by those that refer to it. to a reparative idea of criminal justice.
