Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The result of decades of work, the volume For this dark forest. Dante's poetic theology is part of the Institutiones series, directed by Giulio d’Onofrio himself, which welcomes
monothematic studies relating to the history of late ancient, medieval and humanistic thought.
The six chapters into which the volume is divided seem to be the stages of an itinerary that the reader must travel to get out of the disorientation of the dark forest of the Prelude to conquer
the special Easter of the Epilogue. The volume closes with an impressive critical apparatus which includes, in addition to the substantial bibliography, four very useful indexes.
Translated title of the contribution | [Autom. eng. transl.] Giulio d’Onofrio, For this dark forest. Dante's poetic theology, Città Nuova Editrice, Rome 2020. A volume of pp. 702. |
