Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author examines the administrative judge's union on the administration's assessments on the recognition of the dependence of the disease as a service cause. Thanks to the introduction of technical advice in the administrative process, the administrative judge can learn more about the technical profiles of administrative activity. However, the majority direction seems to limit the union to methodological reliability or to the adequacy of the administration's judgment on the dependence of the disease as a cause of service. The author expresses strong doubts about the arguments in support of this address.
