Abstract

The paper examines the relationship between judicial review and economic rule. It focuses in particular on the judicial review by the administrative courts on the acts of independent regulatory authorities. Some recent judgments of the administrative courts are significant because they seem to innovate the standards of the judicial review on these acts.
