Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay focuses on the active presence of Giovanni Legrenzi in the chapel of Santa Maria Maggiore in Bergamo. The contribution of the musician is framed in the light of the story of an institution - such as the Bergamo chapel - which reveals a singular aptitude in adopting the most innovative addresses of the Baroque in the Po valley.
