Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In Islam the exposition of dogmas places the divine messengers among the objects of faith. In the Koran, John also figures as a prophet among the prophets. Although he does not precisely occupy the evangelical role of proclaiming Christ, he appears strongly linked to him.
