[Autom. eng. transl.] Constitutes the follow up of the article Belloni, "Baziano, that is Giovanni Bassiano, lawyer and canonist of the XII century, published in 'Tijdschrift voor Rechtsgeschiedenis, 56 (1989), pp. 69-85, where on the basis of documents, Baziano are reunited and Giovanni Bassiano, arbitrariness doubled at the end of the XIX century, with further arguments they insisted on their identity and the document of an arbitration of Giovanni Bassiano, which reports the autograph signature, was studied and critically edited
